    I lead a 3 to 4 person team on an active client engagement. I'm the main point of contact with the client, owning every weekly client meeting and I'm responsible for what we deliver during a 12-week engagement.

    • Senior Associate Consultant

      Helped deliver a voice of customer research project for a knowledge management client. We ran 12 interviews and turned them into findings the client could act on.

    • Associate Consultant and Corporate Relations Lead

      Delivered a supply chain engagement for a frozen french fry company. Mapped their processes, interviewed competitors to benchmark workflows, and built an Excel tool to track production and storage against projections.

      Led corporate relations for NLCG, managing sponsor communications and organizing networking events with firms including Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, and Accenture to build strong recruitment pipelines.

    I'm working on a three-way integration between an AI tool, ServiceNow, and SAP Ariba for a financial services client, learning mainly about process mapping and communication among many stakeholders.

    Separately, on IBM's AI Asset Working Group, I'm building an agent that automates ServiceNow service mapping and generates XML outputs with explanations.

    Dancer Relations Committee Member

    Penn State THON

    I worked with the Dancer Relations team to guide and support dancers throughout THON weekend, keeping things running smoothly.

    Summer Configuration Associate

    Pierson Computing Connection Inc.

    Managed the full lifecycle of 2,000+ IT assets. Scanned equipment and maintained database records, coordinating laptops and monitors from prep through delivery. Configured laptops by updating operating systems, installing client-specific software, and automating setup, then tested each device for functionality and compliance.

Projects

One shared CRM sits at the center of it. Every workflow reads and writes the same lead and deal records.

  1. 01

    Lead research agent

    Someone fills out a form or describes the leads they want in a chat interface. The agent looks up matching leads and their info, then adds them to the CRM.

  2. 02

    Auto draft agent

    Every time a new lead lands in the CRM, this agent drafts a personalized outreach email for it.

  3. 03

    Phone conversation agent

    When a lead calls in, an AI agent has a live conversation with them, gets their name, and moves them from lead status to deal status in the CRM.

    Scheduling agent

    During that same call, it asks for a meeting time and creates a calendar invite based on what the person wants.

The four agents above are built from six total workflows, since a couple of them call sub-workflows.

Ran 12 interviews and synthesized them into findings the client could act on directly.

Mapped their processes, interviewed competitors to benchmark workflows, and built an Excel tool to track production and storage against projections. They grew from 200 stores to 1200 stores during the engagement, and our work helped them scale their operations.

Early stage prototype built with Zapier that automates part of the quote request process.

Extra Projects

Worked alongside a team of peers to deliver a work breakdown structure, an interactive risk assessment tool, a requirements traceability matrix, and a PERT schedule.

Learned Tableau independently and built a professional dashboard that was shared both internally at NLCG and externally with corporate sponsors.

Built with LitElement and the HAXtheWeb DDD design system, applying AI tools to speed up development while keeping output professional and polished.

Helps customers identify savings opportunities through data-driven product recommendations.
